  I left a laptop computer for repairs on 4/20/16. The day after my computer was put left at their store, my credit card was hacked to purchase a one way Korean Airlines ticket to LA. After several days of not hearing back from them I started trying to call their store. No answer for several days. When I did get an answer I was told my computer could not be found and the owner was out of the country. Upon calling back over and over, I was unable to get an answer. On April 30, 2016 I went to their store at 11720 US Hwy 19 and found the doors were locked, even though they showed they were supposed to be open. After talking to tenants on both sides of their store, I was informed they come and go and leave in the middle of the night with trailers of goods, never maintain normal operating hours and also operate a flea market booth at USA flea market. While there several other cars pulled in and also complained Hec has had their computers since January and have not returned calls and they also have been unable to recover their computers. Their work order states that merchandise left 60 days will be sold. Fearful that my computer would be sold, I went to their booth at the flea market. The guy told me Hec was out of town and didn't have a phone so he was unable to call him. He knew nothing about my computer's where abouts. On 4/30/16 at 1:30 pm. I made a report with the Pasco County Sheriff's Department. They are suppose to be looking into it. DO NOT TAKE ANY MERCHANDISE THERE FOR REPAIR! This is the sleaziest outfit I have ever done business with and had it not been recommended to me from someone who had used their services years back I would never have trusted leaving anything with them. If you have any information regarding this company, please call the Pasco County Sheriff's office and report it.
