Extremely disappointed. Ordered a sofa sleeper, chair and tables. Order arrived today but RTG shipped a regular sofa and a mattress but not a sleeper along with other items. Called to arrange for an exchange and was told I owed an additional $400. Seems the sales person entered incorrectly. I loved the set but it is not right for the customer to pay for an RTG error. Very disappointed. Poor customer service, everyone passes the buck.
